Flores Fitness is a universal training mentality applicable to any individual, no matter their level of physical fitness.
What is your availability?
My availability depends on your desired level of involvement. Mobile training is the most flexible option, followed by the silver plan with two sessions per week, and the gold plan with three sessions per week. Appointments are scheduled 7 days a week for best availability.
How do you prioritize schedules for current and new coming clients?
Appointments are scheduled weekly, prioritizing ongoing clients over new clients. Alternate time slots and additional openings will be made available through the provided fitness app.
